The Story of Skip's Garden

The Owner of Skip's Garden Inc., Anthony Perna, earned his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. After spending years cooking in South Florida, he moved to Volusia County, FL in the summer of 1999.  Here he has fine tuned his love for food and the culinary arts.

Today life is busy. Juggling parenthood, work and other responsibilities can be challenging. 
Skip's Garden Inc. can help you achieve your nutritional goals by providing a fully balanced wholesome meal.  Meals are conveniently packaged ready to heat.

The menu changes weekly.  Each individual meal provides a well balanced portion of protein, vegetables and healthy starches.  You have the ability to pick and choose from menu.  You can create your own combinations ordering just one or several of the same entrees. ** Paleo Keto and Vegetarian options are available.**

All meals are individually packaged and weighed.  They are vacuum sealed which allows them to stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.  Menus are released posted on Saturday.  We ask for your orders  by Sunday evening and then delivered on Thursdays or Fridays. 

Skip's Garden Inc. will  provide you  a convenient  freshly prepared wholesome meal!
